Service Description

The Barista Skills Foundation course allows learners to gain an introductory understanding of the coffee itself as well as foundational skills required to seta grinder, make espressos, foam and texture milk and latte art techniques asper SCA quality standards, while implementing health and safety practicesand customer service. Practical learning objectives and activities prepare thelearner to conduct key foundational tasks of a barista. A written exam tests theoretical knowledge based on Foundation course learning objectives. SCA - Introduction to Coffee course is recommended prior to SCA Barista Skills Foundation (but not mandatory). DURATION - Training: 1 day (10.00 - 17.00) PARTICIPANTS - 3 to 8 EXAM – Written online (optional) INCLUDED - Coffee, use of all equipment and facilities, plus a light lunch LANGUAGE - English All prices are incl. VAT. When given notice of a cancellation 2 weeks prior to the training, costs will be refunded.
